At VitaShift, our mission is to help every client achieve health you can feel and results you can see through structure, consistency, and accountability. Because transformation is a personal journey, not a product, our refund policy reflects both fairness and integrity.
� VitaShift Program Refund Policy
Our programs are built around customized guidance, scheduling, and consumable products (juices, waters, and materials prepared specifically for each participant). For that reason, all program sales are final once onboarding begins.
If you decide to cancel before onboarding or product preparation starts, contact us immediately at
[email protected]. We’ll review your situation and, when appropriate, may offer a partial refund or future credit as a courtesy.

☀ Merchandise Return Policy
We want every product you receive to reflect the same care that defines our brand. If something isn’t right, we’ll Zake it right
- You may return or exchange unused, unwashed items (apparel, mugs, candles, accessories, etc.) in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll
replace or refund it promptly. - Final-sale or custom items (including personalized journals) cannot be returned unless they arrive
damaged. - Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out right away. Once shipping or onboarding has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
