Welcome to VitaShift, operated by Fortis Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, or enrolling in programs, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1) What We Do
VitaShift is a holistic wellness and detox coaching program focused on structured fasting, natural nutrition, mindfulness, and accountability. We also offer branded merchandise. We are not a medical provider. All information is for educational and wellness purposes only.
2) Eligibility
- Program Participation: You must be 18+ to enroll in any VitaShift program.
- Website & Merchandise: Individuals 13+ may use the site and purchase physical merchandise. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parent/guardian permission to make purchases.
3) Health Disclaimer
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before fasting, detoxing, or changing your diet or activity level— especially if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or managing health conditions. Participation is voluntary. You agree that Fortis Wellness, VitaShift, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome related to your choices.
4) Payments & Billing
- Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to sales tax and shipping (where applicable).
- We may offer payment plans (e.g., Affirm/Afterpay) at our discretion. By choosing a plan, you authorize the scheduled charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services/ transactions in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or abuse.
5) Refunds & Returns
Programs (VitaShift services)
- Because programs include personalized planning, scheduling, and consumables, all sales are final once onboarding begins.
- If you request cancellation before onboarding, we may offer a refund at our discretion, potentially minus an administrative fee.
Merchandise (hoodies, shirts, mugs, bottles, candles, etc.)
- 30-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Worn/washed apparel, used candles, damaged items not due to carrier/defect, and final-sale items are not returnable.
- Defects/Damage on Arrival: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect

6) Shipping (Merch)
- We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance. We’ll assist with claims when possible.
7) Intellectual Property
All site and program content—text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, designs, downloads—is owned by Fortis Wellness or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8) Third-Party Services & Links
We may link to external sites or work with partners (e.g., practitioners, scheduling, payments). We don’t control thirdparty content or practices and aren’t responsible for their policies. Use third-party services at your discretion.
9) Privacy & Data
Your use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using our site/services, you consent to those practices.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortis Wellness/ VitaShift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/ revenues/data arising from your use of the site, programs, or merchandise. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and actions.
11) No Guarantees
We share tools, structure, and support. Results vary based on individual factors (discipline, health status, adherence). We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
12) Changes to Offerings
We may update, modify, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or availability at any time.
13) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Before bringing any claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
14) Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site/ services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
